Anyway…

I’ve finished my first draft of Smart TV Surveillance. I should be done editing the script tomorrow. Record and edit the audio on Thursday? Put together the video Friday? Publish Saturday?

In the words of the Cardigans: “Well, I sure hope so. Oh, I really, really hope so”

I did the normal research, but then I also did some investigative work trying to validate the research. Generally, I’m not going to purchase scam products in researching my debunk videos. This time, though, I had a smart TV. How much effort could it take to verify the payload claims made in other publications?

As it turns out, with the exception of a single source that actually experimentally recorded some data, everyone else phoned it in and just repeated information given to them by shady vendors. Look at me with my journalistic integrity!
