First one?

Something interesting happened to me yesterday. A viewer contacted me via my admin@dad-the-engineer.com email. That’s happened before, but what they wrote hit me an odd way.

They just put on my Ruins playlist in the background. They don’t really listen to it, they just have it on. I don’t think that’s odd. I do the same for LazerPig, Technology Connections, and couple other creators.

I just didn’t think anyone would do that with my content.

Very cool.

However, if you’re going to be primarily listening to me, the good news is that I’m using a new mic, starting with Dad Explains LED Lights. The audio should improve quite a bit, although I noticed a setting in Audacity that definitely put the blame for my audio woes on me, and not as much my old mic. Oops.

What can I say? I’m not good at important aspects of YouTubing.
